中国塑协异型材及门窗制品专业委员会第七届一次常委扩大会议于2014年12月14日在广州珠江宾馆召开。

华之杰塑料建材有限公司、天津金鹏集团、大连实德科技发展有限公司、奉化联鑫塑钢五金有限公司、常州市窗友塑胶有限公司、浙江中财型材有限责任公司、芜湖海螺型材科技股份有限公司、鸡西美城建材股份有限公司、安徽雄峰实业有限公司、湖北普辉塑料科技发展有限公司，江阴市华瑞塑胶建材有限公司等33家单位参加了此次会议。

中国轻工业联合会副会长、中国塑料加工工业协会理事长钱桂敬先生应邀出席了会议并就塑料异型材行业当前形势和行业工作作了重要指示。

钱会长对塑料异型材及门窗行业目前形势进行了简要的分析，对行业突破困境提出了建设性意见：传统产业必须走中高端发展道路，开发高端化新产品，以节能、新材料为发展导向，全力提高全要素生产率实现新的经济增长点;加快扭转塑料异型材及门窗的社会形象，让社会认知我们产品的节能效果，争取将异型材进入国家绿色建材市场領域。

钱会长对专委会今后工作给出了简要的指示，要求把关系到行业生存的大问题，在达成共识的情况下推动行业工作。

中国塑协异型材及门窗制品专业委员会王存吉秘书长对专委会2014年的工作进行了总结并向常委会汇报了2015年工作计划。2014年工作总结和2015年工作计划经常委会审议并全体通过。会议还就撰写《中国塑料加工业发展史》“塑料异型材及门窗”部分内容制定了计划(草案)，会议对撰写工作进行了一定的探讨，形成了一定的可操作意见，会后做为专项工作进行组织与安排。

会议还讨论了成立《中国塑料知名品牌异型材及门窗联盟》的可行性的探讨性讨论发言，与会常委认为这是一个非常好的建议和设想。会议就2015年年会在新疆召开征求了到会常委的意见，会议一致通过2015年年会在新疆召开的提议。李静霞副秘书长在会议上通报了2014年1~11月财务收支情况;会议通过了李静霞副秘书长提交常委会的常委变更与新入会会员单位名单。

会议中，大家踊跃发言，共同为行业发展献计献策，会场气氛热烈紧张，为行业发展变化提出了许多良好的建议。常委们纷纷表示：为使产品向占有更多市场份额方向转化、向符合国家产业政策方向发展，向行业整体进步方向转化;实现行业健康、良性、快速发展而共同奋斗。

会议在各常委充分表达了意见、意愿的情况下宣布会议结束。这是一次在行业危机时刻有重要意义的会议，是行业一次开始新征程的誓师会议，是一次胜利的会议。
