现在家装原生态和复古风逐渐流行，仿古红木家具，实木门和地板等被视为尊贵典雅的象征。 塑钢门窗为了顺应市场潮流，各种仿木纹的创新技术应运而生，为单调的白色或单色门窗披上了时尚典雅的外衣。
仿木纹的各种技术优劣比较：
双色母料造粒技术，主要是指塑钢型材表面共挤层的ASA或者PMMA采用双色颜料混合造粒，经过高温流体挤出产生压延的不规则条纹，条纹变幻无规律，类似实木纹路，但是仿真程度不高，无法挤出如树木的环状年轮。另外，通过我们这些年的技术实践，采用表面压纹的方式制造凸凹质感表面，使本来光滑反光的表面更加自然，但是有一个技术问题一直没有解决，就是牵引速度和温度，压力对表面纹路的影响，由于不同截面型材的挤出模具对流体的压力不同，造成了挤出纹路的深浅，色彩偏差无法根本性解决，成品率低，市场接受度差。
耐候性印刷膜包覆技术：此技术在欧美已经有20多年的实际应用，包覆技术成熟，批量生产方便。我公司于2010年开始从事木纹包覆型材生产，所采用的表面包覆膜为进口多层耐候性复合膜，基底PVC上印刷木纹纹路，表层为层为PVDF和PMMA复合材料，具有优异的耐高温，耐腐蚀，抗老化性能。我们使用的外表面覆膜品牌有德国RENOLIT, 以色列HAOGENPLAST 以及韩国LG CHEM等，抗老化指标均优于国家标准。为了经济性考虑，内膜我们采用台湾台塑集团装饰膜，国产木纹膜等，有效降低了产品价格，但内表面没有日光直射，老化速度慢，基本达到了和外表面的色彩同步。对覆膜质量的控制：除了高质量的包覆膜外，覆膜设备和胶水质量，后道处理等也对成品的质量有很大影响。 现在的家具，地板膜一般采用冷胶黏贴包覆，冷胶具有价格便宜，加工工艺简单等优点，但是胶水和产品的结合度差，剥离强度不达标，也就是容易起皮，起泡。 我们采用德国进口的热熔胶，成品的玻璃强度超过国家标准20%以上。 对覆膜产品的后续修饰加工包括修补机器生产的瑕疵，覆膜后黏贴保护膜，外包装采用高强度PE袋，有效保护产品在运输过程中的磨损。
